Shipping.
We ship as soon as payments are received. In case of COD - Cash on Delivery - payments (only available in Shanghai) we will usually ship on the same day if the order reaches us before 16:00. Deliveries to Shanghai take 1 working day, to the rest of China usually 2 - 3 working days.
Shipping costs are a standard RMB 10 but free of charge if your order is above RMB 100. Please make sure NOT to hang up the phone if the delivery personnel calls as they speak only Chinese.
If you are unsatisfied with a product or it becomes damaged during transportation feel free to ship it back at our expense and we will replace it for you! Just please make sure to let us know beforehand. Thank you.
