CafizaŽ Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets are specifically designed for use on a wide-range of super automatic espresso machines. We have worked long and hard to develop a product that meets the demands of a wide range of commercial and domestic fully automatic espresso machines. CafizaŽ Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets are NSF certified for metal compatibility and safety. They are available in 4 standard sizes for technical commercial uses. As an added benefit, our standard size CafizaŽ Tablets offer flexibility to operators with traditional espresso machines, as they can also be used to perform a back flush cleaning.
For Use on Automatic Espresso Machines
1.Intended for daily use
2.Insert one CafizaŽ Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablet in machine opening and follow manufacturer's "Maintenance and Cleaning" instructions.
For Use on a Traditional Espresso Machine
1. Insert blind filter in porta-filter and add 1 CafizaŽ Tablet. Insert porta-filter into group head.
2. Activate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
3. Remove porta-filter. Activate brew cycle and rinse porta-filter in stream of water from group head. Stop cycle.
4. Insert porta-filter into group head. Repeat step (2) without CafizaŽ Tablet 5 times.
5. Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.
